For more than 15 years, BKDW had the honor of serving the Farmington Valley (and beyond) from our store front in Canton, offering a wide variety

of in-house services as well as from external partnerships. A burst frozen water pipe the day after Thanksgiving 2018, though a disaster at the time, created an opportunity. The decision was made to convert to a Virtual business model. BKDW now operates from my home office in Avon with a new flexibility to visit customers, instead of customers coming to me.

Using the internet to conduct business is efficient, convenient and saves gas & time! And in these days of COVID19, virtual services are a godsend. The majority of orders are drop shipped directly to customers. So there's very limited contact and no need to come in for proofs or to pick up. Leave the slippers on.

Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

Checks preferred. Visa and Master Cards accepted with a $50 minimum.

* Depending on the order, a deposit or advance payment in full may be required.

We do not store customer credit card information, or use your contact information for any reasons other than billing or to contact you.

HOLIDAYS

BK DESIGNWORKS is closed most major holidays, including New Year’s Eve & Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve and Day. Hours for celebratory days such as Martin Luther King Day, Presidents’ Day and Columbus Day, at owner’s discretion.

STORMY WEATHER

Should a storm result in power and internet outages, we will be closed. For storm closings, check the WFSB Channel 3 Closings/Delays online at www.wfsb.com. Businesses are only listed online, not on TV with school, town, community and religious listings. Be Safe!

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

BKDW reserves the right of refusal. Content and imagery of a violent or illegal nature will, at owner's discretion, be politely declined. Everything else is fair game.

* All files created by BKDW remain the property of BKDW unless prior arrangements made in writing. Set up charge is for TIME ONLY.

* Orders cancelled after work begins are billed $25.00, plus materials used and CT Sales Tax. ​
